Welcome to Chatteris Parish Church

We are a diverse group of people who have been brought together by our faith in Jesus.  We live in the heart of the Fens - in a town which is fast growing and changing.

At the parish church, we are a community with four congregations and a variety of programmes for all ages and stages.  In all we do, however, we aim to know Christ and to make Him known.   We are happy to give a warm welcome to newcomers and visitors.  We look forward to meeting you.

Revd James and Revd Wendy Thomson

Join in the painting fun

altHoliday club is fast approaching and we are getting geared up for Razzamataz Robots. Assemblies have taken place in local schools and the children are signing up.  We now need to start work on the sets and we need your help.

On Saturday at 10:00 am we will start painting six bed sheets with each day of creation. Each sheet will illustrate one day of Creation with the template already on the sheet. We just need help filling it in. Paints will be provided.  You might want to wear some old clothes.  We don't recommend bringing children along just yet, but teenagers are very welcome.  We look forward to seeing you on Saturday.

We survived Soul Survivor 2008!

soulsurvivor2008small.jpg

Well, we all made it back in one piece from the mudbath that was Soul Survivor 2008.  It rained and rained and rained - and when it wasn't raining it was very windy.

In spite of all that, or maybe because of it, we had the most fantastic time.  Everyone seemed to get on well, the marquee didn't blow down and it kept our heads dry (feet were a different proposition as we were a bit flooded out on the first night!)

The Soul Survivor WEBSITE now online click here to access it. This a whole website dedicated to, and managed by, the group that went to Soul Survivor.
