Congratulations on your engagement!

Your wedding is a very important day. It marks the beginning of a life changing and lifelong journey. As your promises under God, we want to support you and help to make this a special occasion for you to remember.

Please ring one of the clergy so that they can arrange to meet up and book your wedding date.

Next plan to join us for our next Marriage Preparation session which is held each year on the last Sunday in January at 2:00 pm.

A word about fees. Fees are set nationally by the Archbishops’ council for the whole church of England and are set out below for this year. They usually go up about 5% a year.

Fees for 2010

• Marriage service £367.50 (includes banns, organist and verger) This is the fee for people planning for their wedding in Chatteris. Extras can be found below.

• Publication of Banns £34.00 (If getting married in another church)  Click on the following link for a Banns application form, if you are being married in another church and need to have your banns read in Chatteris.
